Quality control parameters
Every batch is tested before dispatch. Depending on the product, release tests include:
- Active content / solid content
- pH of 1 % aqueous solution
- Density at 20 °C
- Free monomer (polymers)
- Phosphorous acid (PO₃³⁻) and phosphoric acid (PO₄³⁻) (phosphonates)
- Chloride (Cl⁻) and iron (Fe³⁺)
- Appearance and colour

- TDS: Technical Data Sheet with typical properties, applications and dosage
- SDS / MSDS: 16-section Safety Data Sheet in GHS format
- COA: batch Certificate of Analysis with tested values
- Packing list, GHS labels and transport documents (TREM card for hazardous goods) for road dispatch across India
